What you can expect during the 9-week cohort.
During this cohort, you and your team will experience a vibrant learning environment, and be given the opportunity to network and learn from other teams who are developing similar ministries. You will also have JT English, Jen Wilkin and Kyle Worley as coaches and guides as you implement all that you learn into your specific ministry context.
Cohort 9-week Structure
We are ministry practicioners and we want to help you develop a proven and sustained approach to discipleship in your local church. During our time together we will help you and your team implement a holistic approach to discipleship.
Week One: The importance of discipleship - why the local church? Introduction to a proven 6-part discipleship framework.
Week Two: Where should we make disciples? Discover the relationship between various discipleship environments (ie: Bible Studies, Home Groups Classes, Programs, Residencies, etc.).
Week Three: What do disciples really need?
Week Four: How to write curriculum and create environments that foster growth.
Week Five: Q&A Session to discuss homework and practical questions.
Week Six: How to create sequential environments that grow holistic disciples.
Week Seven: How to create discipleship pathways that create servants and disciples who live on mission.
Week Eight: How to implement and execute a sustainable ministry strategy that creates holistic disciples.
Week Nine: Q&A Session to discuss homework and practical questions.
Upcoming Deep Discipleship Cohort Dates
No matter where you’re located, you can meaningfully participate in our 9-week cohort virtually. During which, you will receive over 35 hours of development, training, and coaching for your ministry. Additionally, your organization will receive 2 Q&A coaching calls with other participants to assess homework and provide feedback and encouragement.
