Adam Griffin (DEdMin, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is the lead pastor of Eastside Community Church in Dallas, Texas. He is the coauthor with Matt Chandlers of the book Family Discipleship from Crossway. Adam lives with his wife, Chelsea, and their three sons Oscar, Gus, and Theodore, in Dallas, Texas.

Chelsea Griffin is the mother of three wonderful young men, Oscar, Gus, and Theodore. She's a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. She has held careers as a Golf Professional and a High School Golf Coach. Since 2015 she has served as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at a hospital in Dallas, Texas. Chelsea is passionate about discipleship, coaching, and biblical community. She mentors young women through her church's STEPS program as well as through premarital counseling. She also leads a Home Group with her husband Adam.

Cassie Bryant serves as the Lead NextGen Minister at Northway Church in Dallas, Texas. She was a Children's Minister at The Village Church and has been in family ministry for 17 years. She is passionate about not underestimating kids and equipping parents to be the primary disciple makers in their home. She is married to Eric and they have three daughters Maven, Aberdeen and Eulalia.
